Shipping and Exchange Policies
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
We do not accept returns on any merchandise purchased online or in store. You may exchange any item within 30 days of purchase. You will need to provide proof of purchase and all merchandise needs to be in original new condition with tags attached. Any clothing that has been worn, stained, or washed cannot be returned. You are responsible for all shipping charges. (exceptions may apply) We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
We ship orders on Wednesday of each week. You should receive your package within 5-10 business days from that date. (i.e. if you place an order on a Thursday, your package will ship the following Wednesday) Packages may be delayed due to COVID-19.
